Kabul police chief quits amid rising militant violence
Chief of Kabul police Zahir Zahir was targeted earlier in this month. In that attach his deputy was killed.

Chief Zahir has resigned due to the attack on foreigners by Afghan militants in the city during last two years.
Chief Zahir's spokesman said that he gave no reason for his resignation. 
The Taliban attack and killed three South Africans  on saturday. It was the third attack in last three days.
Ashraf Ghani, the president took power in september is interested to bring peace by conflict.
